Tenerife’s Chicken Special

Thus, it was good that we went there to enjoy the magnificent view and eat the famous garlic chicken. The place was extremely crowded. Generally, there were families that were eating their early Sunday dinners and they were eating like crazy. Apart from garlic chicken, we also ordered one rabbit al salmorejo, as I had never tried one, and ‘Special Otello Salad’ as a starter. Ordering salad was a smart choice, because we waited maybe more than 40 minutes for our main course and we were starving by the time the main dishes were served! The ‘Special Otello Salad’ was fresh and delicious. It consists of egg, tuna salad, mayonnaise, carrot and lettuce. The garlic chicken was very good, maybe a little over fried, but that is the way I like it. The rabbit tasted like chicken and it was hard to eat due to its little bones. Its sauce was very delicious and original that I poured it into my potatoes. Yes, everything was delicious, but again we were only able to eat half of it.
Additionally, if you want to go there by bus, you need to climb the hill approximately for 20 minutes. If the weather is really hot, it is not worth to save 5 bucks. My advice is to take a taxi, which costs like € 10 from Costa Adeje, otherwise you may be too tired to enjoy the view and the food.
