The third appetizer was ‘Game of oyster gillardeu nº3 with spicy coconut & oyster leaves with lemon and ras el hanault’. We were advised to eat first the leaf first. The taste was very unique and the salty lemon sauce featured some of its flavors. The big oyster was delicious, nevertheless too heavy for my taste.
