At first I did not understand the reason why we were not allowed to have one short and one grand menu, but it totally makes sense. If my partner ordered the short one, I knew that I would want to taste his dishes; this would ruin my menu, as all the dishes’ tastes were connected with each other. Besides, we would not finish our menus at the same time; there would have been at least an hour time difference.
Overall, it was an unforgettable night. As you wait at least 10 minutes between every dish, you feel full more quickly, even though every dish was miniature.
